Our client is looking for a Corporate Counsel with expertise in leasing and commercial real estate to join their team. The ideal candidate should have been called to the bar between 2019 and 2022. Reporting to the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, the Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice on various corporate and commercial legal issues within the organization.The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance on leasing agreements and other commercial real estate matters. The Corporate Counsel will also be involved in drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
