Our client is seeking a Corporate Controller to join their team, reporting to the CFO. This role can be based in either Houston, TX or Arlington, TX. The Controller will have the opportunity to lead the development of processes and procedures for a PE-backed organization with approximately $500 million in annual revenues. Key responsibilities include overseeing an ERP implementation/conversion, creating and implementing policies and procedures to streamline the accounting function, and assisting with M&A due diligence and integration.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial systems expertise, experience in leading and building an accounting function, and the ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. A CPA is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred) and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in job cost setting and public accounting is preferred.
