
The Core Line Administrator of Laboratory Services will be responsible for providing leadership in delivering patient-centered, cost-effective services across the service line. This includes maintaining collaborative relationships with leadership, developing organizational structure, overseeing financial performance, and updating service line plans as needed. The successful candidate will also be tasked with developing marketing and program development plans for service line growth. The ideal candidate for this position will have ten or more years of progressive management experience within the selected core line, as well as a Masters degree in Business or Healthcare Administration. They must be able to effectively lead and manage a team, make strategic decisions to ensure operational and financial goals are met, and adapt to changes in the healthcare environment to keep the service line relevant and viable for the organization.
