They are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee budget monitoring, production, quality, and cost indicators. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Business/Expansion and Financial areas to achieve annual company objectives, as well as work with technical teams to track production, costs, and quality indicators. Additionally, they will be involved in exploring new business lines and innovation within the company.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Business Administration, postgraduate qualifications in Project Management, and at least 15 years of experience in the property, construction, and/or real estate sectors. They should also have a minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management roles and a strong knowledge of the market, with the ability to engage with various public administrations and the private sector.
