
The COO will be a core member of the senior management team at the client, responsible for overseeing the daily operations to ensure efficient business processes and the achievement of strategic goals. This role requires deep industry knowledge, excellent operational management skills, strong leadership, and strategic vision to lead the team in optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving business growth and profitability in a rapidly changing market environment. Responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, business process optimization, team management and development, cost control and financial management, market analysis and competitive strategy, risk management and compliance, and communication and coordination with other departments.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, finance, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience as a director or above in a domestic company, leading operations or sales channels, brand and product centers, or user centers. They should have a proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve rapid business growth, strong leadership and organizational skills, market insight and analysis abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle pressure and solve complex problems effectively. The COO will work closely with the CEO to align operational strategies with the overall company strategy, supervise the execution of operational plans, optimize business processes, manage costs and budgets, analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies, ensure compliance with laws and industry standards, and report on operational progress and provide insights for senior management decisions.
