
The role involves analyzing website and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement, tracking and reporting on conversion metrics, and designing and executing A/B tests and other optimization experiments. The candidate will work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-friendly designs align with conversion goals, and collaborate with content creators and marketers to optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action. They will also develop and implement a roadmap for CRO initiatives aligned with business objectives, conduct competitor and market research, and ensure all optimizations adhere to brand guidelines.Additionally, the candidate will implement iterative changes based on test outcomes to continually improve conversion rates, partner with content creators and marketers to optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action, and create detailed reports on CRO efforts. The role requires a strong understanding of conversion rate optimization strategies, experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing, and the ability to identify best practices and innovative solutions for optimization. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive successful CRO initiatives.
