The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communication projects, collaborating with stakeholders, cultivating media relationships, and identifying opportunities for positive systemic change. They will work within a matrixed organizational design to prioritize investments and maximize effectiveness in areas such as education, health, and economic security. The candidate should align with the foundation's values, have strong communication skills, and be able to work effectively with diverse backgrounds.

The Communications Officer will lead, plan, and implement strategic communication campaigns, staying abreast of current events and policy issues to ensure authoritative writing. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to represent the foundation's voice and profile, serving as a lead brand manager. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of related work experience, and exceptional communication skills. The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from $124,300 to $170,900, with a generous benefits package.
