Our client is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Program Director of the Communication Disorders Program within the School of Health and Natural Sciences. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and innovative leader who can effectively engage with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include academic leadership, budgeting, curriculum oversight, program assessment, and development of new initiatives for growth and collaboration. The Director will also be responsible for teaching and scholarly activities, and must hold a doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
Located in Westchester County, New York, the College offers over 90 undergraduate and graduate programs to a diverse student body. The College is committed to providing students with access to a transformative education through academic quality and robust student support. The successful candidate must have a current Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, eligibility for a New York license, and a proven record of clinical, teaching, and leadership experience. The position is a 12-month appointment with rank and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
