Our client is seeking a Commercial Director B2C to lead and manage the commercial operations and drive profitable growth across the European business unit. The role involves overseeing external distributors, monitoring commercial performance, managing the current portfolio, and identifying new markets and opportunities for business development. The position is based in Solna Business Park, Sweden, with occasional travel to European markets, reporting to the CEO of our client and being part of the leadership team. Key responsibilities include developing business in line with strategic objectives, implementing marketing strategies, establishing commercial strategies and KPIs, negotiating agreements, expanding digital sales operations, and managing budgets and forecasting.
The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 10 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the FMCG industry, with experience working across the Nordics or EU and with external distributors. They should possess a strategic mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and full proficiency in Swedish and English. The successful candidate should be able to make decisions, influence others, be highly motivated, goal-oriented, results-driven, self-sufficient, and collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have good judgment, credibility, trustworthiness, and high integrity to contribute to the long-term best interests of the company.
