Our client is seeking a Co-Executive Director to work in partnership with the current executive editor. The successful candidate will help amplify MLK50's influence, deepen reporting quality, and expand investigative journalism. The Co-Executive Directors will work together to foster an inclusive organizational culture, set strategic goals, manage budgets, and lead fundraising efforts. Strong candidates will demonstrate a commitment to justice through impactful journalism, experience in leadership, budget management, relationship-building, and fundraising. The position offers a salary range of $125,000 - $140,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits, and is based in Memphis.
