The client is seeking a Co-Deputy Director of Advocacy to join their team, with the option to work from their offices in Northern Virginia, Falls Church, Richmond, or Charlottesville. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fighting for racial, social, and economic justice for low-income clients and communities of color in Virginia. The Co-Deputy Director will work with a dedicated team to dismantle systems of injustice through community organizing, litigation, policy advocacy, public relations, and individual legal services.

The client, a nationally recognized non-profit organization, has been providing legal services to those in need since 1967. With offices in Charlottesville, Richmond, Petersburg, and Falls Church, they offer services in six key program areas including Civil Rights & R. The Co-Deputy Director of Advocacy will play a crucial role in leading and supporting these programs to ensure that clients receive the representation and support they deserve.
