The IT Director will be responsible for ensuring that IT strategies and processes align with our client's objectives of becoming a leader in AV technology services. This includes driving technology innovation, overseeing global infrastructure, leading cybersecurity risk management, and managing the PMO for key transformation initiatives. The Director will also stay informed on IT trends, implement technology monitoring initiatives, and collaborate with technology vendors and service providers. Additionally, they will work closely with technology leaders and R&D teams to develop cutting-edge products and platforms that align with business objectives and enhance competitive advantage. The IT Director will evaluate system performance, provide standardized BI and KPI datasets, contribute to investment budgets and ROI studies, and identify opportunities for process improvement and transformation. They will lead optimization projects, coach and manage teams, and ensure their development through coaching, career advice, feedback, and recognition.
