The CIO position at FRTIB involves overseeing the Office of Technology Services and managing all information technology services for the agency and the Thrift Savings Plan. The CIO will serve as the main advisor to the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director/COO, providing guidance on technology strategy and planning. With the TSP being the largest defined contribution plan in the world, the CIO will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and implementation of IT services to support the 7 million participants and $950 billion in assets.
