A professional services organization in Singapore is seeking a CHRO to lead their HR team and provide consulting and advisory services to the CEO and C-suite. The role will involve overseeing HR functions for approximately 400 employees, with a focus on M&A, integration, organizational design, executive compensation, performance and reward, and HR leadership. The CHRO will work closely with PE investors and Group HR on company-wide projects, as the client has experienced significant growth through acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic HR leadership, with a hands-on approach to managing a team of around 10 people. Key priorities for the role include M&A activities, integration processes, organizational design and operating model reviews, and fostering a culture of change within the organization.
