A distinguished company in the oil and gas services/instrument development sector is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to join their business in Houston, TX. The role requires 3 to 4 days a week in the office, with at least 20% domestic and international travel. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Human Resources Officer will lead both a US and Global HR team in a company of approximately 2000 employees, overseeing key initiatives such as international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, HR systems implementation, and change management.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, 12+ years of relevant HR experience, and a proven track record of managing HR teams across domestic and international locations. Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, and HR systems implementation is required, along with strong understanding of change management principles. The role offers a competitive remuneration package including a base salary of $250,000 to $275,000, performance-related bonus scheme, profit-sharing/equity incentive scheme, generous benefits package, 401K plan with company match, and a Houston working location for 3 to 4 days a week.
