Our client, a global consumer group, is seeking a highly experienced HR professional to lead their global HR strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that support the company's international growth and market expansion. This includes talent acquisition, workforce planning, cultural integration, performance management, and employee engagement on a global scale.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or EMBA, with a minimum of 20 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership positions. They must have a proven track record of leading HR in a global, consumer-focused organization, with in-depth knowledge of international HR practices and regulations. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, and additional languages are a plus.
