They are seeking a Managing Director for their operations in China, responsible for developing sales targets, managing financial performance, ensuring compliance with governmental policies, collaborating with manufacturing teams, and supporting sales networks.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in commercial operations with a multinational company, an engineering education background, and an MBA degree. Strong communication skills, P&L understanding, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. The successful applicant must be fluent in English and Chinese, have a proven track record in people management, and be willing to travel extensively.
