Our client, an American company with over 60 years of history and global sales revenue exceeding 4 billion dollars, specializes in providing quality material handling equipment and intelligence logistics solutions. They are seeking a Managing Director for their operations in China, responsible for developing sales targets, managing financial performance, ensuring compliance with governmental policies, collaborating with manufacturing teams, and supporting sales networks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in commercial operations with a multinational company, an engineering education background, and an MBA degree. Strong communication skills, P&L understanding, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. The successful applicant must be fluent in English and Chinese, have a proven track record in people management, and be willing to travel extensively. In return, our client offers global onboarding training in the US for the first 1-3 months and an attractive salary package.
