
Grand St. Settlement (GSS) is seeking a Chief Talent Officer (CTO) to join their leadership team. The CTO will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy to support the organization's growth plan and strategic direction. Reporting to the CEO, the CTO will work closely with the executive team to ensure that GSS has the necessary people, processes, and policies in place to achieve their ambitious goals.
