Our client, a garment manufacturer with their own brands and ODM capacity for international clients, is seeking a Mandarin-speaking individual to lead and manage various teams within the supply chain. Reporting to the Chairman, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving cost and process efficiency, reducing lead time, and improving production capacity. They will also integrate newly acquired businesses into the client's supply chain and support business expansion into new regions. Additionally, the role will involve managing QA, ESG, and ensuring sustainability agendas are achieved, as well as building efficiency in performance management and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in apparel or textile, relevant experience in the industry, and strong communication and organizational skills. They must have a solid track record in supply chain transformation and be fluent in both English and Chinese. Flexibility to travel as required is also necessary.
