The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and analyzing detailed sales strategies aligned with organizational goals, working closely with the Marketing department to optimize sales processes. They will design and implement the company's sales promotion strategy, monitor sales performance, and identify areas for improvement. The successful candidate will establish competitive pricing strategies, analyze market trends and customer behavior, and lead and motivate their team to create a collaborative and productive work environment.

Candidates should have a university degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or similar, as well as a Master's degree from a prestigious Business School. They must have previous experience in leading sales and pricing strategies in multinational companies in the Retail or Restaurant sector, solid knowledge of the industry and competitors, and proficiency in data analysis tools and Business Intelligence. Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, results orientation, and effective communication are essential for this role, along with the ability to prioritize tasks, set goals, and work collaboratively with other departments.
