The Chief People Officer will play a key role in the client's vision to provide high-quality, sustainable care to over 460,000 people in Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire. Working closely with Trust staff, service users, and external stakeholders, the Chief People Officer will help address the diverse needs of the local populations while upholding the client's values. The successful candidate will be responsible for investing in the development and well-being of the client's employees to ensure they can deliver outstanding services.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for improving the health and well-being of communities. The Chief People Officer will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the client's Strategy, which was developed through extensive engagement with stakeholders.
