
Our client is seeking a Chief People & Inclusion Officer (CPIO) to lead the organization in developing and executing an integrated people strategy that promotes inclusion and equity. The CPIO will report to the CEO and be responsible for evolving the organization's culture, reviewing organizational design, and developing leadership competencies for the future. This role will lead the HR and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion functions to build organizational capacity and deliver impactful programs that value people through inclusive and equitable human resources policies and practices.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a bold leader who can innovate and leverage the organization's culture and history to drive change. As a member of the Executive Team, the CPIO will work collaboratively within and across the organization to recruit, develop, reward, and retain a diverse team of professionals.
