The flagship program, REED Academy, provides education for children ages 3-21, while REED Next offers community-based services for adults with autism. Greens Do Good is an innovative hydroponic farm providing vocational training, and the REED Foundation supports new programs. The organization is committed to evidence-based, individualized services rooted in applied behavior analysis to help individuals reach their full potential. With a strategic growth mindset, our client is constantly seeking new and impactful programs to support the autism community.

The Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) will play a key role in attracting and retaining talent, fostering diversity and inclusion, and ensuring effective organizational design. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CPCO will lead HR initiatives to support the organization's expansion and mission. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for disability services.
