The Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) will play a key role in attracting and retaining talent, fostering diversity and inclusion, and ensuring effective organizational design. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CPCO will lead HR initiatives to support the organization's expansion and mission. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for disability services.
