Common Impact, a nationally recognized nonprofit, is seeking a Chief Partnership Officer to lead the organization's business development strategy and revenue generation efforts. Reporting to the CEO, the CPO will be responsible for maintaining and growing corporate partnerships, as well as cultivating foundation and other revenue-generating partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a track record of successful partnership stewardship, client relationship development, and revenue generation through marketing strategies.
The CPO will work closely with the Senior Manager of Partnerships to design and lead customized skills-based volunteering programs that support impactful nonprofits and engage corporate employees in purpose-driven opportunities. This remote full-time staff position offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $225,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.
