The COO position at our client requires a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in operations management within a healthcare payer organization. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of individual and family, employer, duals, and Medicare supplemental plans, with experience in a provider-owned health plan being desirable. A bachelors degree is required for this role, while an advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Social Work, Business, or Law is highly preferred. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will play a crucial role in the success of our client. The candidate should have a proven track record in operations management and be able to navigate the complexities of a healthcare payer organization.
