
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) position at a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in architecture, business administration, or finance, with an MBA preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of management experience, including 2 years in an Executive Level role, and 3-5 years of experience in an Architectural Design organization. Hands-on experience as an Architectural Studio or Practice Leader and/or Architectural Project Manager is also desired. The COO will provide strategic leadership, management, and vision to ensure the client has the appropriate operational controls, administrative processes, reporting systems, and human resources in place to drive organizational growth, maintain financial stability, and optimize operational efficiency.
