The Chief Operating Officer role for our client involves leading and overseeing the delivery of health and social care services for over 400,000 individuals with mental ill health, physical ill health, and learning disabilities across multiple regions. With a team of around 4,000 employees, the COO will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision of high-quality care in both community and inpatient settings, as well as overseeing specialist services for children and young people, perinatal services, and secure learning disabilities services. The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about improving care and services, striving to achieve the best outcomes for individuals with severe enduring mental illness and learning disabilities.
