
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report directly to the SVP and Chief Administrative Officer of our client, overseeing various operations including Pardee BlueMD, population health, and call center operations. In this role, the COO will be responsible for supporting, communicating, and implementing the organization's strategic direction, providing leadership to optimize financial outcomes, service improvement, and market position. They will also develop and execute operational plans to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing outcomes, driving performance improvement in quality, operational excellence, service, and teamwork.The COO will play a key role in fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the organization, committing to and contributing to these values. They will be expected to lead and collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of operational strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving performance improvement and operational excellence in a healthcare setting.
