Qualifications:\n- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field; MBA preferred\n- 7+ years of experience in real estate operations, with a focus on property management and renovation\n- Proven track record of driving growth and scaling operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment\n- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams\n- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute on long-term growth plans\n- Experience working in a high-growth startup or real estate investment firm is a plus
