Chief Operating Officer & CEO Long Term Care will oversee the day-to-day operations of the client, a non-profit health system offering a wide range of healthcare services. Reporting directly to the CEO & President, the COO will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to drive operational direction and improvement initiatives. This role will also involve leading and directing continuous operating performance improvement for the client's Medical Center.
