A fast-growing consumer brand based in Central London is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their executive team and help drive the company forward. The successful candidate will collaborate with our client, the CEO, CFO, and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, monitor progress on key initiatives, and ensure alignment of departmental goals with overall company objectives. They will also streamline processes and operations to enhance efficiency, oversee special projects, and serve as a liaison between the CEO/CFO and various departments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a strategic, operational, or consultancy role within a consumer brand manufacturer, exposure to fast-growth businesses, and a proven track record of managing complex projects successfully. They must possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
