The Chief of Infrastructure & Sustainability (CIS) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for one of the largest and most diverse facilities and infrastructure portfolios in British Columbia. They report to the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance & Business Operations, and are tasked with developing long-term vision and master planning for our client's facilities, capital projects, real estate, environmental sustainability, and protective services. The CIS also oversees enterprise project management for major capital projects, ensuring alignment and optimization of service delivery within the organization.The ideal candidate for this role is a forward-thinking and results-driven leader who can effectively communicate a clear vision and strategy to support our client's provincial mandate of accessible and sustainable healthcare. The CIS must establish strong collaborative partnerships within our client and externally with various entities such as the Ministry of Health, BC Housing, regional Health Authorities, and government agencies. They are responsible for ensuring that the resources of the portfolio align with the mission, vision, and values of our client to effectively support the organization's goals and objectives.
