The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will be responsible for collaborating with senior leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services that meet the needs of the community. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CNO will play a key role in advancing the mission of improving the health of all individuals in the communities served by the hospital. This includes working to provide excellent care at the lowest cost possible, while also partnering with other organizations to offer medical, educational, and preventive/wellness services. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and promoting community health. The CNO will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall quality of healthcare services provided by the organization, while also fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for nursing staff. Additionally, the CNO will be expected to stay current on industry trends and best practices in order to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the healthcare system.
