
The Chief Medical & Transformation Officer (CMTO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with other members to guide and oversee our client's strategic plan, goals, and operational objectives. The CMTO will lead the clinical leadership team in developing programs and initiatives to provide high-quality, compassionate care and service excellence, ensuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery and outcomes. This leader will also focus on fostering a culture of exceptional service, problem-solving, and collaboration, driving performance improvement and continuous clinical quality enhancement.
The CMTO will collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and Medical Group President to advance system strategies, clinical practice, and patient-centered care initiatives, fostering clinical integration and transformation across patient care services. Direct reports to the CMTO will include various key positions within the organization, such as the Chief Academics and Research Officer, Chief Quality and Safety Officer, Regional Chief Medical Officers, and others. The CMTO will work to build and manage a clinical leadership team that can execute operational strategies and maintain a highly competent, motivated staff, positioning our client as a contemporary health system in a rapidly changing landscape.
