The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will report directly to the CEO and President and will be responsible for leading and inspiring the clinical staff. The main focus of the CMO will be to ensure that patients have timely access to high-quality medical care through improvements in clinical systems, provider recruitment and retention, and oversight of quality improvement initiatives. They will work towards implementing a team-based, patient-centered care delivery model that utilizes the skills of a diverse and highly trained team of clinicians and staff, while also using data-driven approaches to address and eliminate health disparities in care outcomes.Additionally, the CMO will be tasked with integrating clinical care and public health programs to provide patients with a comprehensive range of care and services to support their overall health and well-being. They will play a key role in advancing the organization's mission to provide accessible and high-quality healthcare to all patients and clients. The CMO will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with the organization's goals and values, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of the healthcare services provided.
