They report to and advise the Board of Trustees, recommending actions to address current and emerging trends to ensure that services align with the library's mission and values. Staying current in a rapidly evolving digital landscape is crucial, as the Chief Librarian & CEO must ensure that our client continues to innovate in providing information and learning opportunities to a diverse population while improving accessibility, both physically and digitally.In addition to overseeing operations and engaging employees, the Chief Librarian & CEO is tasked with building on the success of innovative services, identifying new revenue streams, and ensuring that our client serves as a valuable resource to the community beyond traditional library functions.
