
The new CHRO at Valley Health will be responsible for overseeing the organization's people strategy and operations, including talent management, succession planning, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and total rewards. They will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute human resources strategy in alignment with the overall strategic plan, focusing on process optimization with Workday and utilizing analytics to drive efficiencies. The CHRO will ensure a high-performing HR operation and maintain a customer-focused approach to HR partnership within the health system, optimizing the current business partner model.As our client continues to expand across the region, the CHRO will play a key role in supporting change management and organizational development needs throughout the organization.
