
A distinguished company in the instrument development sector, specializing in inspection, testing, and certification services, is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer based in Houston, TX. This newly created role will oversee both US and Global HR teams in a company of approximately 2000 employees. The successful candidate will lead key initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, HR systems implementation, and change management, contributing to our client's growth and success.
The Chief Human Resources Officer will drive the HR strategy aligned with organizational goals, lead and inspire a diverse HR team, navigate mergers and acquisitions, spearhead organizational design initiatives, oversee HR systems implementation, and promote a positive and adaptive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 12+ years of relevant HR experience, expertise in managing HR teams across domestic and international locations, and a strong understanding of change management principles. The position offers a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $250,000 to $300,000, STI, LTI, competitive benefits package, 401K contributions, and a Houston working location for a minimum of 3 days a week.
