The Dean of the E. J. Ourso College of Business is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all academic, administrative, and external initiatives within the college. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and Provost, the Dean will work closely with the President and Provost to develop a vision for the growth of the college and secure the necessary resources to achieve that vision. This includes strategic planning, fiscal management, faculty and staff hiring and development, academic programs, research enterprises, and student recruitment and enrollment.In addition to internal responsibilities, the Dean will also play a crucial role in external initiatives, including outreach to business, state, and federal partners. This includes leading fundraising efforts and implementing innovative ideas to support the college's growth and success. The ideal candidate for this position will be a visionary leader with a strong track record in academic administration, strategic planning, and fundraising, who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to advance the mission and goals of the E. J. Ourso College of Business.
