A leading private equity firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to oversee HR operations and act as a strategic business partner to key portfolio companies. The CHRO will be responsible for managing internal HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, and performance assessments, as well as identifying and addressing capability gaps in external portfolio companies. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, including 3-5 years as a CHRO in high-growth organizations, and a proven track record in transforming HR into a strategic function.
