The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance to the senior leadership team. Reporting to the COO, this role will involve managing a team of four finance professionals and ensuring the day-to-day financial management of the organization. The Controller will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth. In addition to managing the Finance Team, the Controller will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
