The Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Administration at our client in Flint, MI will report to the President & CEO and oversee operational and administrative areas including Accounting and Finance, Facilities, Grants Administration, and Information Technology. This leader will serve as the Resident Agent and primary liaison with legal counsel, auditors, and governmental bodies, as well as Secretary of the Board and Treasurer. Responsibilities include managing budgets, financial statements, risk assessment, compliance, facilities, and staff development, while ensuring ethical and professional work culture.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of progressive financial management experience, including international experience, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. A CPA and bachelor's degree in accounting or finance are required, with a master's degree preferred.
