
The Chief Financial Officer will play a key role in supporting the inorganic growth of the company by developing and guiding the Administration, Finance, and Control function. This individual will work closely with the Management Team to make strategic decisions and achieve corporate objectives. Responsibilities include supervising the controlling process flow, managing relations with credit institutions, preparing budget plans, and interacting with the CEO, Board of Directors, and shareholders to define business trends and objectives. The successful candidate should have a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Science, with at least 15 years of previous experience, including 5 years as a Chief Financial Officer and 6-7 years in Big Four transaction services. Expertise in IFRS, consolidated financials, and private equity transactions is preferred, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and Excel skills.
The Chief Financial Officer will also be responsible for creating complex financial models, valuation analysis, investment memos, and board materials, as well as ensuring reporting and compliance responsibilities are met. This individual will measure company performance, analyze deviations in budget, implement corrective actions, and manage relations with consulting, auditing firms, and legal advisors. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the entire controlling cycle, legal, tax, and corporate matters, and be fluent in English.
