
The Chief Financial Officer will play a key role in developing and guiding the Administration, Finance, and Control function of a pioneering Italian start-up leader in polygenerative technologies for sludge treatment. Responsibilities include supervising the controlling process flow, managing relations with credit institutions, preparing budget plans, and interacting with the CEO and Board of Directors to define business objectives. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Science, at least 15 years of experience with 5 years as a CFO, and expertise in IFRS and consolidated financials.
Additionally, the CFO will be responsible for creating financial models, valuation analysis, and investment memos, as well as reporting and compliance responsibilities. They will assist in future fundraising efforts, measure company performance, ensure compliance with administrative and tax obligations, and manage relations with consulting and auditing firms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, expertise in legal, tax, and corporate matters, and be fluent in English.
