
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our client is responsible for overseeing and administering all financial matters, integrating Christian ethics and beliefs into financial planning and decision-making. They collaborate with the Lead Team and Elders to ensure financial goals align with the organization's vision and mission, crafting and implementing financial strategies across all campuses. The CFO develops financial forecasts, identifies and mitigates financial risks, and provides clear financial reports to organizational leadership.In addition to overseeing the budgeting process and financial reporting, the CFO ensures responsible allocation of resources across ministries, departments, and campuses. They manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk effectively, leading financial audits and maintaining relationships with auditors. The CFO plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's financial health and long-term sustainability, adhering to ethical standards and principles while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
