
Our client is seeking a visionary CFO with strong financial expertise and a deep understanding of the health care landscape, particularly in the FQHC/Community Health Center space. The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and be able to assess the financial implications of new opportunities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential for conveying complex financial information to various audiences and fostering transparency and collaboration within the organization. The incoming CFO will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team to analyze options for leveraging the organization's assets and guiding its continued growth and expansion of services for the community. Recently, our client received a significant donation of five million dollars from Mackenzie Scott's charitable foundation, Yield Giving, in recognition of its high-quality service to the community. The incoming CFO will play a key role in working with the leadership team to determine the most impactful options for utilizing this donation and guiding the organization's strategic direction. Understanding the organization's culture, mission, and values, as well as building strong partnerships across all functions, will be critical to the CFO's success in this role. The CFO will be a business partner who can drive our client's continued strong performance and help provide new and broader services to the community.
