The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position is a full-time role based in California, requiring a candidate with an MBA and at least 20 years of experience. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing core accounting processes, executing the client's financial strategy, identifying investment opportunities, completing investment analysis, and managing financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions. The CFO will also serve as a business partner to the CEO and other executive leaders, assessing organizational performance against the annual budget and long-term strategy, and developing tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to key stakeholders.
In addition to overseeing long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the client's strategic plan, the CFO will be responsible for making actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors to ensure financial stability and growth for the organization.
