The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report directly to the President and CEO and play a crucial role in shaping the strategic future of our client. They will oversee all financial operations, including accounting and treasury functions, as our client aims to solidify its position in the market and maintain its presence in the community. The CFO will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, internal audit, financial planning, revenue cycle, managed care contracting, materials management, and care management. They will serve as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and will be expected to be an accessible and visible leader within the senior leadership team.The CFO will work collaboratively with other members of the executive team to set performance standards and metrics that align with the strategic plan while prioritizing patient care and quality.
