They are seeking a CFO to provide leadership in accounting and finance functions, including fund raising, financial planning, and budgeting. The successful candidate will support capital raising activities, HK IPO readiness, and long-term budgetary planning aligned with strategic goals. Additionally, they will oversee stock option plan management and play a key role in culture development to support organizational expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA being advantageous. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and financial management across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial sectors is required. Strong expertise in HK IPO preparation and investor relations is highly valued, along with a proven track record of developing relationships with investors and analysts.
