We are currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our client, a Canadian company specializing in motion and control, industrial filtration, and automation solutions. This role, based in Mississauga and part of the Executive Committee, will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's strategic and business plans. The CFO will need to ensure the effectiveness of financial and accounting systems, as well as participate in the continuous improvement of financial information through the development and validation of business processes.The ideal candidate for this position will have over 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5-8 years in team management. Experience in M&A activities, including due diligence and financial modeling, is required, as well as expertise in enterprise applications such as Microsoft D365. Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset, along with strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will also possess a high level of integrity, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset.
